    Hello,

    I am also unable to download the results. I tried yesterday, and it didn’t work, so I tried again today, but it still does not work. It takes forever to load.
    Is it because of issues with the network? When should I try downloading the results again?

    Oh you are right! After removing the cache, I got all the materials in order. I did remove the cache once in a while when I was setting up the experiment, but I didn’t know it was this crucial in running the experiment.

    Thank you for pointing out the problem!
    However, that does not seem to be the main reason why I don’t see the images/audios because, for the practice trial, both images/audios were zipped together in the “practicetask2.zip” file. This zip file was pre-downloaded successfully but I still didn’t get any images/audios for the practice trial.
