Random preloading problem

Recently, I’ve confronted the problem of preloading random audio files.
Every time I conducted the demo test, the preload problem always occurred randomly.
I found a few people had the same problem like me in forum support.
Unfortunately, there has been no reply about the issue, I couldn’t help but to ask you the problem.

Hi,

Try switching out your “PennController.js” file in “modules” with the .js file from this: https://www.pcibex.net/forums/topic/chrome-file-limits/

It seemed to help when we came across a similar issue, although our study is still having problems in spite of the fact that this helped some.

Hi, I have the same or a very similar problem. I have an experiment with a number of audio files. It seems to be running fine until the “please wait while resources are preloading” screen appears, then the next audio doesn’t play anymore and there is no way to continue (buttons aren’t loaded since the audio didn’t play). As far as I can tell, it’s not always the same item/audio, but I can’t say for certain. I’ve tried it on safari, chrome, firefox, restarted my computer and had other people try it on theirs, the problem persists. I’ve switched out the PennController.js file as recommended in the previous post.
