    Hi Jeremy,

    I’m sorry for my multiple posts, but I solved the problem on my own by accident – I attempted to download the results again and this time it worked. The only thing that I did differently was that I was under a different internet. I’m not sure if switching wifi networks would solve other people’s problem, but I’m putting it out there in case somebody finds it helpful. Thank you!

    Hi Jeremy,

    I am having the same issue as everyone on the thread – It’s been at least 9 hours after the last participant completed my experiment, but when I try to download the results it gets stuck while loading the preview. I tried downloading my data on different browsers and devices.

    I’d appreciate if you could check and see if the server has received the data, and let me know how I can download the results. Thank you for your help!
