It seems I can get neither the results csv file nor latest submission preview. When I click ‘Results’, it gets stuck on ‘Downloading’ and the latest submission preview is just endlessly loading. The issue is not going away, although it’s been three days. Here is the link to my experiment: https://farm.pcibex.net/r/GyCyzx/
November 16, 2021 at 1:08 pm #7510JeremyKeymasterHello,
The database says there are 28 submissions associated with that project, collected via the demonstration link on November 14-15 (only one on the 15th). There is a single submission collected via the data-collection link, from today 11:55UTC
Do you experience the issue for both sets of results?

February 3, 2022 at 2:09 am #7712clairParticipantHi. I’ve got the same problem. I had about 10 participants in the experiment version, though the like below is for a demo.

I have tried to dowonload my results several times since Tuesday, but I clicked the results and it has been stucked with “Downloading…” since Tuesday.

February 3, 2022 at 11:53 am #7717JeremyKeymasterHello,
I had about 10 participants in the experiment version, though the like below is for a demo.
I see 7 submissions received for that experiment’s data-collection link, each consisting of 391 or 392 rows
Hello. I’ve also got the same problem. The last time I was able to download my results was Tuesday night.
Would you mind sharing the link to your experiment so I can look up the database?
What happens exactly when you try to download your results? Do you see a number indicating how many lines have been downloaded so far? Do you use the main “Results” button, or do you first open the modal window with the “…” button to the right of “Results”? Do you make sure you are trying to download the set of results you are interested in (corresponding to the data-collection link for example)?
Also, have you refreshed the page since the first time you tried and failed to download the results?

February 4, 2022 at 1:35 am #7720clairParticipantDear Jeremy,
thank you for your reply. Also, let me thank you for maintaining such a wonderful site.
I could download the results this afternoon.
The link for experiment is as follows.https://farm.pcibex.net/p/zoXLvz/
In the menu bar, I clicked “Results”, it turned into “Downloading… “. I also clicked the dots “…” for “More Options” on the left of “Results/Downloading…”, a new window for Dowinloading /Deleting appearred. No lines appearred for about three and a half day.
Any way, I could download the result file now.
Let me thank you again.Clair
February 4, 2022 at 10:27 am #7721JeremyKeymasterDear Clair,
Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes it can take a while for submitted results to be added to the database, but three and a half day seems excessive. Refreshing your project’s page can help, but I will investigate the issue further

February 11, 2022 at 6:36 pm #7746annaParticipantHi Jeremy,
I’m experiencing the same issue. When I click on “Results”, it turns into “Downloading…” and gets stuck on that. If I click the three dots, I get the download or delete results screen, but the preview won’t load (I get the spinning wheel that just keeps spinning” and it’s not showing me the number of submissions or line numbers. I should have 7 data-collection results and maybe 2 demo link results. I refreshed the page and tried different computers. Here’s the link to my experiment: https://farm.pcibex.net/r/JCIkaj/
Thanks in advance for your help!

February 11, 2022 at 8:55 pm #7747JeremyKeymasterHi Anna,
The database indicates that you have 9 submissions for that experiment received via the data-collection link, all from today (February 11) starting around 19:30GMT. Those submissions each have between 3500 and 5000 rows, so they probably took a little while to be added to the database. Let me know if the problem persists tomorrow

February 18, 2022 at 4:34 pm #7774shaneParticipantHi. I’m also having a similar issue, where my results just get stuck loading. (e.g. when I click on the three dots next to “Results”, for example, the view of the last submission does not load.)
I was doing some testing, so I know the last submission was a little over 1.5 hours ago. How long should I expect the results to take before they’re ready? Here’s the link to my study: https://farm.pcibex.net/p/XSzRst/
Thanks so much.
February 21, 2022 at 8:12 pm #7779JeremyKeymasterHi,
The database says that your project received 35 submissions at the data-collection link, most of them have between 230-250 rows, but three of them only have 65 rows
Of those 35 submissions, 7 were received on February 18 and 5 on February 21, so you wouldn’t see (all of) them when you posted your message. But you should get all 35 submissions in your results file if you try to download it today
Let me know if the problem persists

February 23, 2022 at 2:58 pm #7797dachaconParticipantHi, I don’t mean to pile on, but I was having the same problem. Eventually, the results downloaded but… none of the data that I had collected was included in the file. I had 8 additional participants apart from my own pilot data. Should I be waiting longer for the results to be accessible, or is this a related issue? The link is https://farm.pcibex.net/experiments/bABRpd
February 23, 2022 at 3:08 pm #7798JeremyKeymasterHi,
I see 9 submissions associated with that project, all from different browsers, so I presume they do not all correspond to your own pilot data. They were all received/added to the database today between 18:40GMT and 18:59GMT, that is, less than 30min ago at the time I’m posting this message. Are the 8 submissions you mentioned still missing from the results file if you refresh your project’s page and try downloading the file again?

February 23, 2022 at 10:02 pm #7805dachaconParticipantHi Jeremy,
Correct, I tried refreshing a few times and redownloading the results, but I still just have the one participant, me. I’m glad to hear that you can see the data was logged somewhere, at least!
February 23, 2022 at 10:05 pm #7806JeremyKeymasterJust to make sure, we are talking about the data-collection (published) set of results, correct? Because there indeed is a single submission for the demonstration (unpublished) set of results
