I’m sorry for my multiple posts, but I solved the problem on my own by accident – I attempted to download the results again and this time it worked. The only thing that I did differently was that I was under a different internet. I’m not sure if switching wifi networks would solve other people’s problem, but I’m putting it out there in case somebody finds it helpful. Thank you!
