    Dear Jeremy,
As you predicted, most of the results came through! I’m missing a few I expected, so I followed up with you on email to not spam the other folks in this chain.

    Best,
    Casey

    Jeremy,
Absolutely no need to apologize, you provide a free service we take advantage of, thank you so much for your hard work fixing these issues!

For those of us who were mid data collection during the outage, does this mean we should avoid restarting collection? I know best practices is to download and clear the collected data frequently, but I am nervous to do so if there’s a known issue here. Basically, I’m just trying to figure out if I ought to release the subjects who have signed up to take part in my study but have yet to do so or not, so any sort of tentative timeframe you can provide with regard to when collected data will be accessible or when we should restart collection would be fantastic.

    Best,
    Casey

    Dear Jeremy,

I so appreciate your prompt reply, your suggestions worked perfectly and seem not to have impacted the integrity of my results file at all besides, if anything, simplifying data analysis! I will be taking your advice and doing several full length test runs before re-publishing, but it seems like each participant will only be ~400 lines as opposed to ~2400.

    Best Wishes and Thank You,
    Casey

I Believe I have resolved this issue, it seems like the old versions of Aesthetics and Modules do not function the same way. Using the inbuilt files from the new farm worked.

A followup question, after migration I get “ERROR: There must be some items in the running order!” errors seemingly at random. Sometimes the code runs just fine and can record data, other times it gives that error on launch with no change in the code. Is there a fix for this as well?
