Very overt warning that PCIbex Farm repository size has been exceeded

Not related to a specific study but I think there should be a much more overt warning when the repository limit is exceeded (or ideally, prevent uploads that exceed it). I uploaded a number of video files which exceeded the limit but this was allowed and not flagged immediately. I specifically checked the green bar at top left and it still showed I was under 64 Mb. The green bar only changed after logging out logging back in, even then I only noticed it because I saw changes to other paradigms weren’t saving. I assume participant data from concurrent studies was not saved in the interim, which has affected a couple of my students’ time-sensitive projects 🙁 If the limit has such an effect, would it be possible to prevent exceeding the limit or give a more obvious warning?
