Results not saving/warning: unauthorized access

Hi, I am running an experiment, and my results aren’t saving reliably. I should have 4 sets of results, but I only have 3. The 4th person sent me a screenshot of their “results sent to server” confirmation.

I’m not sure if it’s related, but I also am sometimes receiving a message that says Warning Unauthorized Access when I click on results, although I am still able to see 3 results submissions.

My experiment is here: https://farm.pcibex.net/r/HUPrtP/. I was wondering if someone knows how long the lag is on the results appearing, and if there is a way to check if the results are somewhere. The results I’m missing would have been submitted last night. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I’m experiencing a similar issue. Sometimes, despite the message appearing that the results have been successfully sent to the server, this update isn’t reflected in the results bar of the PCIbex farm. I also see a pop-up that says “warning – unauthorized access” showing up in such cases. Not sure what’s going on here.
