Report of eye-tracker stop working during experiment

Hi,

As many mentioned, PCIBEX was down yesterday but it seems to be back today fortunately. I also experienced some issues with eye tracker during the eye tracking experiment several times even before the system down. The eye tracking calibration was excellent, and the first ten-ish items were perfectly tracked but after like about ten items the eye tracker suddenly stopped working very randomly and the calibration score was always 0. Please let me know what the cause could be and how to avoid these issues. Thanks so much for your help!
