Problems running experiment & downloading results

Hi Jeremy,
On Wednesday I started running an experiment and everything was going smoothly.
This morning when I logged in to see how it was going and I found the following:
– I cannot download the results.
– newMain.js is blank
– I could visualize the .csv files a few minutes ago, but now I cannot load them anymore.

Is there a problem with my project or a more general issue?

Looks like a general issue. Everything has been unstable and incredibly slow since this morning :/

Hi,

I apologize for the issue: I brought some modifications to the server’s configuration yesterday and mistakenly cut communication between the farm and the database

Things should be back to normal now
