Problems downloading results

Hi Jeremy,
I’m having problems downloading the results of my project. According to the preview, I have 66 submissions, but when I download the file (through the “See results file”) I see way less than that and every time I try to download the file its length keeps changing (from 3 to 12 submissions so far). At the “more options tab”, the “downloading submissions” message freezes as a given number of rows (from 1000 to 2500). Any ideas of what I can do to get all the submissions?
