Cannot download results

In one of my experiments, I cannot download the results. When I press on “Results”, it says “Downloading” and a wheel keeps spinning, but nothing is downloaded. When viewing the Preview of the latest submission, similarly nothing is shown, only “Fetching rows” and spinning wheels.

Please let me know if I can provide any further information! As I spent research funds on collecting these data, I need to download them as soon as possible. Thank you!

UPDATE: thankfully, now it works again.

I’d be curious if there is anything I can do if this happens again. Not being able to access data after paying participants is somewhat frightening, but I’m glad downloading now worked.

I have encountered the same issue recently. I found that sometimes downloading is fine, but sometimes not. I wonder what the cause for this is.
