Thank you so much for your quick response and help!

I think I have implemented these changes properly, but it still does not execute the experiment smoothly in Chrome, and stalls frequently. There is one alert message in the editor for the PennElement_audio.js file that might be relevant, but I’m not sure what it means, it reads: ‘async functions’ is only available in ES8 (use eversion: 8).
