When I open your certificate, I get these validity dates:

Not Before Sun, 23 Jan 2022 05:41:45 GMT
Not After Sat, 23 Apr 2022 05:41:44 GMT
I’m not sure where the discrepancy lies, but maybe you could try to manually force a certificate refresh on DreamHost?
