Thanks for the reply! It seems like calculating the reaction time by subtracting the audio start timestamp from the keypress timestamp may not be accurate, because any file buffering is of unknown length. Do you think it would be accurate to calculate reaction time from the opposite end, by subtracting the keypress timestamp from the audio end timestamp?
