Subject missing

Hello there.
I’ve run a pilot version of my experiment and one of my participants didn’t have his results saved. I know he did the experiment because he was able to access the post-test link which is only displayed at the end of the main experiment.

In the post-test results, I see his results were sent on Sat, 08 Jul 2023 19:40:25 GMT. His e-mail (which I asked my participants as a way to identify them is ad*****.lb4@gmail.com.

Is there any way for us to discover why his results do not appear in the main test?
