Results file not downloading – has my project exceeded the allowed space?

Hi,
My most recent project, HT25VT26WCFStudyPretest, which is actively running, won’t let me download the Results file. At first I thought this might be related to the Amazon Web Services shutdown, but now I’m not so sure. I’m concerned that my results file may have exceeded allowed space, is this the case? I can’t accurately see how much space the project or my results file is taking up. I had a few students taking this pretest yesterday and am not sure if the new data is now lost or if the data is saved somehow. Would it be possible to retrieve this last small amount of data?
If this project has exceeded space, should I delete the files? I need to run 3 more similar tests over the rest of this academic year and want to avoid running into quota issues while collecting data.

Hi! I have a similar but not identical issue; I’m able to download the results file, but half the participants’ data is missing. I’m pretty confident that my results file isn’t exceeding the allowed space since only a few participants have been run on this project, and only some didn’t save?
Just sharing here just in case our issues are related!

More detail: I ran 6 people all on the same link, and only the 3rd, 4th, and 5th participants’ data are showing up in the results file. I’m pretty confident that they got to the “results sent to server” page because we were in person and I saw their screens after they were done. In case it’s helpful, the demo link is https://farm.pcibex.net/r/yWGMAU/; everyone was given the same data-collection link instead (let me know if I also need to share that!).

I think my results file’s size might be what’s preventing the download, as I still seem to have project space. The latest download of the results file was 17,9 MB. Is this too big and is that what is causing the infinitely spinning wheel preventing me from downloading the results? Note that I finally got the Results file to download, and it has now mysteriously shrunk to 17,5 MB. Very strange.

One other weird thing is that the projects size in the top left corner (i.e., all projects in my account) is always 0.81/64 MB despite knowing that the Results file in just this one active project is at least 18 MB, and i have some old data saved as well. Does anyone know how one can accurately determine how much space one’s projects are using?

Hi, I have the same kind of problems. One week has past, it still demonstrates that “Preview of latest submission (out of 60) No rows to show true” Anybody could tell me how to handle this problem? Many thanks
