Problems updating the table file

Hi, Jeremy!
I’m trying to update the file on my experiment named myTable.csv since yesterday, but I’m having no luck. I’m getting this message: “Please come back later”. Do you know what’s happening? I’ve already tried from different browsers and a different computer. I want to change the file because I have to lists on my experiment and I’ve already reached the participants I wanted on the first list, so I want to leave only the second list.

Hi Noe,

Your account was on the exceed-quota list. You’re currently using very little storage space, but maybe you exceeded the 64MB limit before freeing up some space?

Anyway, I took your account off the list, you should be good to go now

Hi, Jeremy! Thanks! Yes, I was actually wondering how that worked. I had 500 participants and their responses which I downloaded and erased a few days ago. So for future experiments I’ll be erasing more often the results files!
