Problem downloading the results

I shared the link to two published experiments today now I am trying to see how many responses I have, but downlaoding the results or showing the number of submissions is taking for ever in both. Basically getting the results is not working. I checked a few hours earlier and the number appeared quickly and I was able to download the result file in a click. Is it possible that there are too many results/participants that the server cannot handle it? I am starting to worry because it is difficult to have people participate – my experiment is in Persian!

Hi Pegah,

I think your guess is on the right track. See this thread for reference. Note that, unless your participants encounter an explicit error message, their submission will not be dropped, it will just take longer to be processed

And thank you for your quick reply. It’s relief to know that submissions won’t get lost!
Anyhow, downloading is working again for me, and the number of submissions has not changed much…
