Hello,
We are running a study which has no issues when run on computers in the lab, but the people who sign up for it through Prolific keep reporting having a loading problem. It seems like this is happening near the beginning or end of Templates — most users who have reported an issue say they got almost to the very end of the study/a block of trials before the issue arose. We have 12 different versions of this study, and only 5 of them have been returned with usable data so far. I’m at a loss for what to change, because we haven’t been able to replicate this problem when running the demo. Please let us know if there’s something that can be done here!
