Error preventing participants from starting experiment

Hi Jeremy,

Sometimes, when people open my study, which takes video recordings, they get the following error below the block of text (“This experiment collects recording samples…) that first appears when you open the link:

The following error occured: NotAllowedError: Permission denied by system

(they get this error and not the blue link that allows them to go forward)

Do you know what I should do to prevent this? Please let me know if you need any additional information.
