Downloading Results Stalled

Hello,

For the past few days I’ve tried downloading results for an experiment (iGNuqQ) and it remains at (0 rows…) for up to ten minutes, not downloading. Is there an issue with the server making results hard to download right now?

Update – it did finally download after a few hours, so it looks like it’s just going slow?

Hi Jack,

Glad to read that you were able to download your results in the end. When download stalls for more than 3min, you can consider that the connection with the server is lost. Try downloading again at least 15min later, making sure to refresh the page first (otherwise it will try to use the stale connection)
