In non-PC Ibex, you can set the group assignment in the script by adding var counterOverride = [...]. In the PCIbex documentation, I see that it’s possible to set the override by changing the URL provided to participants to end in server.py?withsquare=[...] instead of experiment.html. However, I’m curious: does the var counterOverride = [...] method still work as well?

    Hi,

Yes: PennController is a module added on top of native-Ibex, so you can use native-Ibex methods in PCIbex.

Let me know if things are not working as they should

Thanks! It does appear to be working. I just wasn’t sure if it would since the groups are set a bit differently than in base Ibex.
