Actually, i think the issue is not completely fixed. We tried it on several different computers / browsers. The preloading message shows up the first time we click the link and goes away after we refresh. Would it be possible for you to still take a look at our experiment?

Hi Jeremy,

I only have 6 submissions, so it’s probably not due to the results file being too large. I think what probably happened is that this participant closed the tab too early.

Is there any way for me to obtain information like subject ID and group before the SendResults trial, just in case this sort of thing happens again and I cannot retrieve these information?

Hi,

I’m joining the thread since I have a related question.

I have a new participant completing my experiment, which I know because I can see all of their recordings uploaded to my server. However, when I download the results file, while there was no significant delay in doing so, it only shows the submissions from up to the second to last participant. I wonder if this also has to do with the same servers issue, or is this something going on with my script, in which case I can share that.
