Hello,
My experiment seems to be missing a participant’s results. The results (it’s a published experiment) also won’t give a preview of the last participant’s results. The actual results file when downloaded will show that someone submitted results and the server received them, but it stops at around line 7 for that participant. They’re the 22’nd participant and the results file has 18000 lines or so.I noticed a recent support thread with a similar problem and wonder if they’re related? I, and my experiment lead, have both tried it on separate computers.

Hello Tyler,
I do see 22 submissions, but there is no rows in the database for the 22nd one, so you will necessarily be unable to download it
I went and checked if the rows were still being processed for addition to the database, but unfortunately I couldn’t find anything. I don’t know what happened (maybe a bot tried to send an empty submission?)
I apologize for the inconvenience, let me know if you want me to do delete the empty submission from the records
