Recent responses not saving

I have confirmed that at least 13 participants completed study as of today. However, only 11 responses appear in the results and downloaded csv file. These 11 participants took the study around 5 days ago; it seems that no new responses in the past few days have been saved. I made very minor edits to the code, but the url link remained the same. Is there a way to recover these data, or at the very least be able to know when responses will save and when they won’t?
